The house is as marketed - nothing extravagant to your house but great location around the beach. No, the house just isn't full from the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of place for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a great deal of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
